We work with our clients to start with a solid set of construction plans and specifications, providing deadlines for interior and exterior selections, making the process more efficient and stress free enabling us to deliver your home on schedule and on budget.
OUR TEAM
Garrison Construction owners, Billy and Deanna Garrison, enjoy what they do and it shows in every aspect of their small family owned business. Billy started building custom homes in the Dallas market in 2005, he values things being done the right way and always has the customer’s satisfaction in mind as he oversees the building process.
Deanna joined in the business full time in 2016, she selects all the design elements inside and out and manages the estimates and budgets. They work together to give every customer a very personal experience.
In 2017, Garrison Construction ventured into land development and currently have completed their first subdivision development in China Spring, Brazos Country Estates. The second subdivision is currently in the planning stages.
